Jeremy Higgins is a half Filipino/half Irish animation director, designer, and illustrator based in NJ/NYC.
Jeremy graduated as part of the Class of 2020 from School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Motion and Design. He has worked with the great teams at Farrar, Straus & Girroux and Rodrigo Corral Studio, as well as working with the great directors and designers at Art Camp where Jeremy has done a number of projects. Jeremy has taken on the role of director, art director, and lead animator on recent projects and hopes to pursue more leadership roles as he progresses in his career.

Awards include D&AD Graphite Pencil and The One Club Gold Cube. Jeremy also had Vimeo Staff Pick on two works that he has been on.

About
I am an award-winning director, art director, and animator based in the NY/NJ area. My work blends hand-drawn, tactile artistry with cutting-edge digital pipelines—ranging from cinematic, atmospheric storytelling to highly striking, playful design systems.
I graduated from the School of Visual Arts in 2020 with a BFA in Design, and currently serve as an Adjunct Professor at SVA teaching Motion Graphics and emerging creative technologies. My independent and collaborative work has been featured in Forbes, Variety, and Bloomberg, and recognized by SXSW, the Vimeo Staff Pick Awards, and the ADC Gold Cube.

Whether collaborating with enterprise tech platforms, directing music videos for global artists, or establishing visual systems for editorial brands, I focus on bringing a distinct, tactile human sensibility to modern creative workflows.
